To start, we don’t do outsourcing and we don’t do call centers. Each member of our UK office team has visited all of our resorts in France. When you call our office, you will speak to a real, live person who knows all of our properties inside-out and will be happy to help you craft the perfect holiday. From the time you first call, you will be assigned your own sales advisor who will look after your booking until the moment you arrive in resort.
All of our resort staff have been individually interviewed and chosen for their relevant skill, enthusiasm, and warm personality. They all undergo extensive training in France prior to the season, and many return year after year to pass on the Ski Olympic ethos to eager new staff. Each of our Chalethotels has an experienced hotel manager to ensure things run smoothly.
